Who is Mark

My name is Markus and I am a son, father, and grand father. I was adopted at the age of 6 days by two of the most wonderful people I have ever met in my life. My father was a minister for nearly 60 years, so that makes me on of those PK’s (preachers kids) your parents warned you about. My mother was a strong-willed, intelligent, and passionate women. My father was able to be-friend almost anyone he encountered. I hope, in some way, to be able to combine what made each of them unique into my writings.

Lost in the Right Direction, is a compilation of my thoughts, ideas, and observations that I have accumulated growing up in a preacher’s home. I am a blogger who is a Christian, but I am not necessarily a Christian blogger.

Not everything I write about has religious connotations, but may be guided by my belief structure. I hope to reach people on a personal level with my take on different, random topics. I am not a pastor or a preacher so I don’t assume I have an inside track on anything spiritual. But, I do believe that my personal relationship with Christ and my personal life experiences will lead me to write things that may uplift or encourage someone who reads this blog.

Thank you for taking the time to visit Lost in the Right Direction. Please feel free to leave a comment about anything I have written. Follow the Home link above to access the blogs or the Random link to view my personal reading selections.

Be Blessed,

Markus
