One day, a junior associate, named Robert, walked into his supervisors office, questioning the decision she had made. Michelle had determined that business needs outweighed Roberts desire to join a summer golf league. After a rather lengthy conversation between the two, Robert abruptly left her office. On the way back to his desk, and over the course of the next several days, Robert expressed his frustration and made sure that everyone knew how displeased he was with the decisions Michelle had made.
